The multi-hole type control valves solves this problem well. The general flow direction of the liquid is from the high to the low point of the valve. Through the multi-hole cage, the medium collides inside the sleeve and consumes internal energy to reduce the flow rate. For gaseous media, low inlet and high outlet are generally used. After the gaseous media passes through the multi-hole cage, there is a volume expansion behind the valve seat, thereby reducing the pressure of the media and reducing the flow rate.
The multi-hole type globe control valve can be interchanged with the cage of an ordinary cage-guided control valve, and other parts can be used in common, which can greatly shorten the delivery time while optimizing resources and reducing inventory.
